Cancellation & Booking Policy

At Skylight Beauty Spa, we value your time and ours. To ensure smooth scheduling and availability for all clients, we kindly ask that you review our booking and cancellation policy below.

24-Hour Cancellation Policy:

• All appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of deposit.
• No-shows will be charged accordingly.

This policy allows us to accommodate other clients and maintain fairness in scheduling.

New Client Booking Policy:

• For first-time clients, we do not have direct access to modify or book appointments on your behalf if your initial booking was made through a third-party platform.
• Any cancellations or rescheduling for first-time visits must be completed directly through the original booking platform used.

Returning Clients:

• After your first completed appointment, we are happy to assist you directly with:
• Booking future sessions
• Rescheduling appointments
• Package scheduling
• Treatment planning

Our team will gladly handle all future bookings for returning clients to ensure a seamless experience.
