24-Hour Cancellation Policy:
- All appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of deposit.
- No-shows will be charged accordingly.
This policy allows us to accommodate other clients and maintain fairness in scheduling.
New Client Booking Policy:
- For first-time clients, we do not have direct access to modify or book appointments on your behalf if your initial booking was made through a third-party platform.
- Any cancellations or rescheduling for first-time visits must be completed directly through the original booking platform used.
Returning Clients:
- After your first completed appointment, we are happy to assist you directly with:
- Booking future sessions
- Rescheduling appointments
- Package scheduling
- Treatment planning
Our team will gladly handle all future bookings for returning clients to ensure a seamless experience.
