Terms & Conditions / Service Policy

By purchasing any service, package, or promotion from Skylight Beauty Spa, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All services, packages, and promotional purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. No refunds will be issued for completed, partially used, or unused sessions.

PACKAGE POLICY

All packages must be used within the recommended treatment timeframe discussed during consultation. Results vary per individual, and no guarantees are made. Unused sessions remain the client’s responsibility.

APPOINTMENTS & NO-SHOW POLICY

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

Failure to provide proper notice or failure to attend a scheduled appointment (no-show) will result in the session being forfeited and counted as used.

LATE ARRIVALS

Clients arriving late may have their session shortened or may need to reschedule based on availability. Late arrivals may still be counted as a completed session.

CONSENT & ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By booking an appointment or purchasing a service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You have read and understood all policies
  • You accept that results are not guaranteed
  • You agree to follow the recommended treatment plan
  • You understand all sales are final

 

CHARGEBACK / PAYMENT DISPUTES

By completing your purchase, you agree not to initiate any chargeback or payment dispute for services rendered, reserved, or agreed upon.

In the event of a dispute, Skylight Beauty Spa reserves the right to provide all records as evidence, including but not limited to:

  • Appointment confirmations
  • Communication records (text, email, call logs)
  • Signed or accepted policies
  • Proof of services rendered or scheduled

 

Any chargeback initiated for valid services will be disputed to the fullest extent.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

Skylight Beauty Spa reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time for any reason, including but not limited to client behavior, non-compliance, or safety concerns. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

POLICY AGREEMENT

By booking online, in person, or via phone/text, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all Skylight Beauty Spa policies.
